It never ceases to amaze me, the lack of creative genius coming out of Hollywood. I guess until they start remaking all of the remakes there may still be hope lol.

Probably a good thing I never did pursue indy film. I'd probably churn out something worse than a remake. I can see it now...

Setting: A dark lit, but strangely moist, cavern.

Out of the darkness stumbles a shiny kernel of corn and a group of popcorn husk followers. The followers are mumbling and finally one speaks.

Lead husk: When are we getting out of here, Colonel?

Corn: I said I'm a kernel not a Colonel. And I don't know yet. I got chewed up just like you did by the strange beast. Besides, I'm still wondering how I got put back together after how long I was chewed.

Lead husk: But surly we're on the right track?

Corn: You guys have been hanging around in here longer than I have; you ought to know. But, hey, so far it only goes two ways. Seeing as I don't want to swim through that lake of acid again I think we're heading the right way; I hope.

A great gassy rumbling interrupts the group...

I just don't see it selling.
