Dew, I think we can close this forum.

The Prosecution and Defense came to an agreement and the prisoner was released based on those terms.

They said they would post the full details?

Cyl is out of town for a week, but maybe Kuri can post it? At least a short summary?

I might be mistaking but i think Kuri was not the one that broke the deal with Cylestya. If my memory serves me right i think Kuri dropped the case and left Kyna as Giza's attorney.

Kyna was the one that broke the deal with Cyl.

Cheers!!! smile

PS: as i said i might be mistaking.

Nope, Kuri never dropped the case. Nor did she make any deals, much less break any.

Fed wanted to bring into evidence something which did not exist in Temple roleplay and had the potential of drastically affecting the role of our guild. After discussing this OOC with KS and Nyvveck, KS & I requested that Fed remove this item from the arc or change it. I heard nothing after that, until I learned that Giza had been released with monitoring a couple of weeks ago.

I was not aware that Giza had obtained new council but if that's the way Fed wants to go, that is fine with me. I know nothing about any deals being made, broken or otherwise.

I would like to note that KS has expressed to me that she has no intention or interest in changing the existing direction of roleplay within Temple to include such content as suggested by the information which Fed wanted to introduce.

For the red....

I was using something that *used* to exist in temple roleplay, we got rid of it, and to the extent, I dropped it from the trial.
As far as Giza getting new concil, this is not true, She has no new council, she has no council at all.

I have tried to get this arc done and made and completed, but when it gets down to it, the time restrictions were just too much. Too many people were needed all at the same time, and when one was not able to make it, the whole thing has to be postponed. So, I've just been saying, NRC let her out on grounds of, if it was true and she did do it, she served her time. If she did not end up doing it, and she was, in-fact, innocent, then tough luck, too bad.

Ladies and gentlemen, it was a fun idea, had a lot of great time planning and sending out evidence, but its just too much. Like all the other large-scale RP that has been happening for the past year and a half, its just been too much. (No I am not saying I am over with RP) No harsh feelings to anyone, I'm not mad or anything, it just didnt work out. And because of how minor it was, its easily forgettable.
