I have started my investigation into the allegations. I have taken several pictures of the vandalized areas in the city. I am posting them here for all to see as exhibits in the trial. If you wish to speak to me about these incidents or if you witnessed anything please contact me in game.

Report A286 / Assault

Date: Sunday, February 10th at 11:36 at night
Location: Desert Angel Cantina
Victim: Killies
Patrol Officer’s on scene:

I got a call from Mr. Mercutio to an emergency; apparently someone was attacked outside the Desert Angel Cantina. When I arrived, there were several onlookers. Clearing them out I found the body of one, Killies, on the ground, covered in blood. I secured the area, moving people back so the medic could arrive and see what they could do. After a few minutes I was able to ask around and I got the names of an Andro, who had seen the attack. Hi personal information has been recorded for future contact and questioning as well as Mr. Mercutio.

The medic was able to successfully (with the help of some others) get the body of Killies to the clinic. After the crowed had calmed down I was able to get a few pictures.

The trail of blood indicated that Killies had actually crawled several feet before losing his strength and passing out. Furthur investigation concludes that all the cameras of the area had their lenses painted over. No accurate shots were taken.

Arrest Report # C0242

Location: Suspect found inside Desert Angel
Officers Present: Evrae, Cymrych, & Cylestya
Arresting Officer: Evrae

Suspect named Giza was found inside the Desert Angel Cantina. She matched the description of a suspect provided to NRC Officers from witnesses that reported the crime spree including the assault that started inside the Desert Angel involving Killies. Suspect was sitting down when we entered the facility. There was one other patron present, Xenya, and she was dancing on stage.

Suspect initially resisted arrest claiming her innocence and saying that she was not involved in the charges in which she was being arrested for. The suspect had a pistol hidden under a pillow near her, to which I noticed and retrieved from her while Cymrych was explaining the charges and why we were arresting her. The other patron offered assistance in the form of relaying this situation to the Kiva. After a short discussion the suspect agreed to come with us peacefully. I placed the cuffs on her and we transported her to headquarters.

Arriving at headquarters I guarded the doorway as Cylestya searched the suspect and prepped her for jail. We placed her in the holding cell in headquarters until she could be properly booked and transported to Nocatraz.

Suspect was received in the NRC Headquarters for Processing and searched for items.

Property status:
The following items were on Giza's person the night of the arrest.

Knife hidden in left boot.
Knife in the workings of the belt.
Knife sheathed on the belt.
Knife hidden in her pants against her right leg.

Belt. -Hidden compartments housing escape devices such as pins and mini-keys. Illegal "lock trickers" also present. ((lock trickers are little devices you drop onto the lock's shell and they start to send out a signal that will deactivate it, making it think its the right signal to unlock))

Belly button piercing

Several Rings

Tongue piercing.

Cloaking generator built into belt.

Comm found not able to read or get into it.

Inventory charges:

Giza was in possession of 3 concealed weapons as well as several "lock trickers."

Items where sent off to the CSI Lab to be tested and we are currently awaiting the report.

Recieved CSI Report back from the Lab

Weapons tested: 4 Knives, 1 Pistol, Belt, Belly-button piercing, Several Rings, Tongue piercing and Cloaking generator built into belt

1st Knife - Knife tested and had no bio-traces on it. Not recently used.

2nd Knife - Knife tested and had no bio-traces on it. Not recently used.

3rd Knife - Knife tested and had no bio-traces on it. Not recently used.

4th Knife - Knife tested and had no bio-traces on it. Not recently used.

Special Note:

Knives found were extremely clean, still containing the cleaning residue indicating that they had recently been theroughly cleaned. Possible Teutralzite comound used. (Teutralzite is used to burn away bio-signatures. it is not common for someone to use this however unless they clean the blade offten).

Pistol – Normal pistol tested and shows that it has not been fired recently.

New patient: Killies
Current Status: Stable
Bring-in Status: Critical
Notes:

Patient was found in sand outside of the Desert Angel Cantina. Patient was well-dressed however his clothes were shredded. All pockets were emptied and datapad was missing. Subject had to be identified through bio-signature and registered positive for Killies.
Subject had multiple knife wounds, several cuts and abrasions on his upper body and arms. Long cut on left side of neck caused massive blood loss and oral bleeding resulted in flooded right lung. The subject also suffered form a broken right arm, broken midway down the forearm and a damaged ocular cavity. Blood trail indicates that the patient must have crawled several feet before an almost complete pass-out.
Subject was in Shock at my arrival however quick actions and help from several viewers resulted in quick delivery to the clinic where I proceeded to transfuse as much blood of his type as I could.

After several days of observation, it is my conclusion that, the subject is fit to leave the clinic however must be accompanied for at least a week.

Differences in cutting indicated to me that several knives were used in the attack as well as blunt trauma to the chest, head and arms.

Date of procedure: Sunday night, February 10th at 11:36 at night.
Date of release: Tuesday February 20th.
