okay since ive got the most experience in secondlife i thought i should post this...

first off. freebie bazaars (spread all over the world) are a great resource for finding cool stuff that people just dont think will sell... such as free texture packs for your home (or business) and other miscellaneous items
be warned though sometimes exploits will allow people to give away items that wherent originally set to do so. to be given away for free (none of my store's items {Sharn Musashi's Wild Rose Dungeon Designs} are set to do this i double check each item before putting it on the market. if you find my items in someones freebie bazaar please tell me)

GREAT freebie places i would suggest are the following

- stillman freebie bazaar (the original and still the messiest)
- GNUbie store in INDIGO
- Yadni's Junkyard (dont let the name fool you he personally checks each item he puts in his freebies bin)

For Sexy Clothes in SecondLife i suggest the following stores

Nomine by Munchflower Zaius- munch meticulously pours over every detail of her clothes. she even goes out of her way to make sure they work properly (keep an eye out for the Sharn Dress. which was designed by yours truly and made for secondlife by Munchflower)

Bare@Rose: hundreds of selections. all in the 100-300 range. never more than that. all unique items that June Dion personally designs. she never rips off ideas from other designers

Mischief Fashions: HIGH quality realistic clothes for those that want a little more to cover their naughty tattoo saying how much they love Shen, or other people in GC at good prices

now i know that the base avatar skin is bland and dull. and quite frankly about as anatomicly correct as a barbie doll. so for sexy skins ive comprised a short list of my favorite skinmakers. whom i highly suggest

Nomine- again munchflower is meticulous about her skins. she even did my personal skin (in my sig with 3 other makeup setups) at reasonable prices for the quality of her work

Pariah Inc. - run by ryntha suavage. an amazing artist. and the lady that did the comission i was showing off a few weeks back, ryn also does amazingly cool looking rubber clothes.

now... i know you all expected this to come so i gotta tell you

Lightsabers, look for the LCK opensource (freeware) it allows you to create your own lightsaber hilts. and link them to the LCK saberblade. custom animations motion blurs. Jora Welsa sure loves to hear how cool her sabers are.

Mandalorian RP gear, though im not completely certain on this. i do know there is mandalorian junk in secondlife. and while its neat be prepared to be set back 7k on the suit. so wear it often if you buy it.

Elvish RP- elvenmyst is a great place to pick up all sorts of elvish and medival fantasy stuff for roleplay. from drow to genies they have anything and everything you could need there (in my experience. i have a limited edition sidhe skin from nomine for that so i didnt look at their skins)

GUNS! yes i know everyone gets testy some times and wants to shoot somebody. or something. so heres my pick for guns

Seburo Compact Xploder- based on Matoko Kusanagi's gun from GHOST IN THE SHELL. this weapon is top of the line

Mature Scene items, (yes we're talking about the birds and the bees here)

for great animations for your avatar to "do the deed" in secondlife look no further than Phil Murdock's (PM adult animations) store. a long time friend of mine. and he still hasnt told me to screw off i support his products quite often

now for those that dont notice. male avatars in secondlife are like barbies boyfriend ken... they dont have the junk! while there are a large variety of ahem... male enhancement packages in secondlife. i personally suggest the XCITE! system by Javier Puff. which is also available for female avatars as well (or the notorious transgenders)

and finally i get to my domain

for BDSM and D/s items i suggest the following stores in no particular order.

KDC (Kyrah Design Concept) one of the longest running scripters and clothing designers in secondlife. kyrah has time and time again impressed me with her talents with both clothes and scripted attachments

Kat's Corner (in my home sim of Liberty)- unique and interesting BDSM scene toys kat's items are top notch. prim light items that dont fail

and finally... my own store Wild Rose Dungeon Designs.

as a member of secondlife for 3 years (my fourth approaching this month) ive seen alot of product lines come and go. but one thing ive always noticed in my business life (2 years and running) is that SecondLife truly appreciates realism,

for high quality realistic toys that arent heavy on your pocket books (i swear the MOST expensive item i have is 1000 linden dollars and i took that off the market due to time constraints) look no further than my own store wild rose. who knows if i know who you are before you purchase. you just might get a good discount (only if i like you. the rest of ya.. too bad)

Ok, this may sound .. stupid, but oh well.
I have looked around for awhile, trying to find a way to make money.

Unfortunatly almost every one of them require, bondage/slavery/sex of some sort/escorts/the list goes on and on.

Now I'm all for fun and games, but come on, there HAS to be something else to do.

My graphics card isn't exactly the best, so anything having to do with designing clothing or items is kind of out since I'm never really sure if something is straight or not.
/curses HP and their damn PCI only expansion ports
I have an Nvidia 6200 OC.
On an AGP system thats a very nice card to have, but on PCI, it's .... lacking.
Unless there is something I missed on my entire system config, 2nd life is slow, takes forever to load anything.

So if anybody has any ideas on how I can make money without resorting to sex, paying for the game or buying the money outright. Please let me know.

i pay well for toy ideas. modelling, heck. the only reason im in business in secondlife is to spend rediculous amounts of money on my friends (hell i bought duo his skin, 2k shot in the mouth but wow he looks great lol)

dont get into that whole Sex is SL crowd. those people get under my skin the fastest i kid you not i log in and ive got 30 im's waiting for me as i log in "contribute free stuff to our nightclub we'll tell people about you" or "Mistress Musashi can i be your sex slave blah blah blah blah" really annoying.

ill even give you a hand with some great stuff to make your fantasy avatar a reality. (actually i was thinking about doing a bothan av to match up with the twi'lek avs being sold hehe)
