Well if a representative could be determined (Griven?) then I think that would work but if the purpose was to discuss how guilds interact with each other inside the community I am not sure how the unguilded would work into that. |

Personally, I was under the impression that the meeting was supposed to be a "summit", not just a guild leaders' meeting. A rep for the un-guilded was discussed right at the beginning...and everyone accepted it. The meeting itself was proposed by one of the un-guilded, Zero. He was going to be the non-guilded rep, but he has stepped aside in favor of Griven.
It has only now become an issue.
I do have a question for Iago and Rinna...as co-leaders, and both at the meeting, do you expect to have one vote or two?

AGAIN, I point out that Iago asked that you direct any questions to him. Additionally, this is something you could have asked about in group last night - without the audience provided by all of GC.

I'm at a loss again.
you said have a GUILD LEADERS meeting to decide how GUILDS fit into RP.
i still maintain that the unguilded can go to community meetings to make themselves heard, they are NOT required at this meeting.
why is this proving to be such a headache?

Speaking as someone who is unguilded, I do not think that the unguilded need to be represented. It was mentioned first as a guild leader meeting, though some may have meant it to be a community summit. However, that is not really the reason I feel that the unguilded shouldn't be represented.
No matter who you choose, that person will not represent the majority of the guildless people. That's just impossible. So, for simplicity's sake, maybe just make it guildleader only, post the notes publicly, and then any guildless person with a concern can bring it up at the next community meeting.

I wouldn't call it a shame, most unguilded people are unguilded for one reason or another, chances are they all have different opinions on things, on how things should be done and how they should fit into RP. That said, I think it would be a huge task for one person to take on all their opinions and try and convey those to this committee/meeting/whatever.
I still think that Griven should be welcome as an outside source to atleast take part, but it should not be stated he speaks for all.
I amglad you thought of it as a shame, I hope that means that NRC is taking a more open approach to RP, maybe inviting others to join into their guild-only RP events or functions, I welcome that, but I suppose that is a discussion for the meeting
