Weekly Meeting: Date/Time?

Okay, we have hit a snag or two here.

Wednesday, Novall can not make it. MERCS has a big patrol tonight.

Thursday, KS is not available. Cym and NRC have a big guild event that has been in the works for a while. (A few of us in Avant are helping on their Avatar run as well.)

For the topics we have on the agenda so far, we really need to have all of them there.

We haven't heard from anyone in AR or RD either.

So any ideas here, folks?

Friday?

What do we want to do here?

(And to follow up Cym's question and KS's answer....I think we can use these meetings for any issues that come up in the community, not just with this single story arc. But really that's up to the guild leaders and other community members to decide if that's what we as a whole want to do.)

Either Safia or myself are usually on regardless of the night, so we just wait to hear what is best for others and then just plan to be there. sly wink

I can come any night. However, if the meeting is to be on Thursday night, I need advance notice so that I can negotiate... Knowing by some time Thursday morning gives me enough time.

The way I see it right now, we really have two options. (If others have ideas, please chime in.)

We can try for something on Friday (not sure of people's availability) or we can postpone until next week, perhaps Wednesday.

What are people's thoughts on this?

Do we have any pressing issues that must be resolved this week? Or can we wait until next week and then set up a regularly scheduled meeting since that will give people time to plan?

What would people say to holding the meetings on Wednesdays at 9 PM EST? This is one hour before the Schola.

We would start this next week on 12/6/06.

Would any of the guild leaders/reps not be able to attend?

(It was my understanding, Novall, that this Wed was a special case with the end of the story arc going down. If Wed in general are bad, please let us know.)
