Ok, I don't like giving up on things...it's just not my way. Now that I've had some time to get my thoughts together, I think the following guidelines need to be worked out:
Random fighting/raids: This should be EXPECTED at all times. Nocturnus is a dangerous place to be. Anyone that lives, works, or enters the city is privy to being in danger at all times. This is the reality of war and should be treated as such.
MERCS are not imperials: We are not imperials, nor did we raid Nocturnus for them. We GAVE Noc over to the imperials in exchange for them to turn their heads to what we were/are doing. The speculation of the raid being imperial in nater has ticked some of us off when we have said time and time agaon that it wasn't heh.
Players as NPC's: This is a good idea and also saved people from ruining their RP identity. Lets keep this up.
Dee and Andrew capture: This has to happen at some point to end the story. Yes, they will have the ability to be rescued miltiple times, even after they are "dealt" with.
Are there any other things that we need to take into consideration for this arc?
I just want people to have fun with this. These things arn't worth doing if people are going to get upset. |

 Dealt With? I dont know if I should be scared or excited. LOL
Happy to hear you guys are not giving up on this. Ive honestly had a good time even though Ive been in hiding. Its nice to work behind the scenes a bit. Not to mention the "other" me's have been getting a bit more visibility lately.

Good deal.
My absence is a hinderance I know. Cylest has been keeping me up to speed via x-fire most all day and I log in at nights to check e-mail etc... Seems she has done a good job doing what I told her and keeping things going on my end.
I am getting caught up at work and rumored I might have my new agent in a week or two. 
So I hope to get back to the good ole schedule and have some game time to be involved in this arc.
Yes we do need to have a meeting, yes I'm trying to figure out when that is best, going to try to nail it down to 2 days tonight and let everyone know when I would be available this week and hope that nothing gets int he way.

I only need to know two things.
Does NRC currently have any sort of powers in the city at all.
And two.
Where they are.
/looks through the scope of her rifle and smirks.

Let me see, if we are going on current take over I would say no, we have no powers in the city right now as far as Mercs and TTF are concerned. I've heard rumors of being offered pardons but have still not received word from the new Govenor, The Inquisitor, or anyone else in regards to the pardons.
Otherwise, Cymrych is the commissioner to the Mayor (Isleh) and was helping run the city during a previous RP arc when she disappeared. Thus we enforce said rules & regulations that I still have not received a full confirmation of us enforcing.
Two, where or what are they?
The rules and regualtions can be found in multiple threads but look in the NRC forum under the stickies and that is kind of a run down of the "powers" we were talking about having and enforcing.

I am glad to see the arc has not ended. I will do my best not to repeat my mitsakes or contribute to the problems that came up in the first place.
Lets try to consider this a learning experience ((this is my first major arc with the community)) and hopefully I will be better equiped for the future.

Well, firstly, TTF isn't really there...it's just me sticking my nose in business that doesn't concern me. Secondly, as to the pardons, Adunaphel tried to meet with some NRC people to offer a blanket pardon, but I don't think he ever found any of them.

He found me, I'm more or less free to move around the city as I wish, as long as I don't get in trouble. ( Yeah .. Right .. Suuurreee )
I was given a message to give to Cym, which I did all I could at the time to get it to him. Unfortunatly, with his RL going the way it is with work hours, it kind of put a halt to the pardon thing until they can both meet.

I was given a message to give to you, I sent it via in game mail and as a PM here. The only thing the messages stated was that he wished a meeting with you, it is about the pardons.
My where they are comment is about umm ... hehe Targets.

Ok ...I met with the NEW Mayor he offered pardons and told me to tell my people to go about there regular buisness. Then when we started to the Mercs gave us crap. Then two days later after we were going about our regular buisness he then changed his mind and said he no longer wanted to give us a pardon. That he will wait till he meets with the Commisioner. I informed Cym of this and they still have yet to meet but Adunaphel know that if he has an issue with NRC he comes to me. I make things happen in the absence of the Commisioner. So as it stands now the NRC has not say in the city until the Commisioner meets with them to speak that was the disision.

"dealt with" sounds like its your way or not at all. players cannot rescue dee or andrew before you violate their minds/bodies
and its pretty easy to assume mercs is an imperial orginization novall... your all imperial? (with the singular exception of rebecca)

If they want to PvP, they have to pick a faction. I believe it was luck of the draw that made them pick the Empire. I can assure you that if they had choosen the Rebellion faction, I would not consider them rebels (and their players would RP the same as they do now).
The fact that someone is in the Imperial Faction of the game has no influence on RP at all. MERCS, if paid enough money, would gladly gun anyone down.
