Pretty cool little tid bits there. I just hate how obvious questions usually wind up dodged.
Knowing what races will be in advance could lock in some players, for example. I know a couple of people that'd probably try it if they knew for certain they could play Klingons at launch rather than waiting for the first expansion. Otherwise, it sounds good. It'll take a little getting use to having crew members beaming in and out at will just where ever... but I kind of expected that out of the game. And I think their right. With Star Trek the immersive RPers will probably make that little trek to the transporter room just for the exciting feeling of doing it the first time. /point up The two unanswered questions that they hinted at that'll have me antsy for a little while now are how their going to use the Holodeck in game and just what is it their doing with Space to make it seem bigger than it is? |
