Proposed Guild Leaders' Meeting - Date/Time Discussion

A closed meeting of guild leaders/reps, to include one representative for the non-guilded, is being discussed.  The purpose of this meeting is to determine the state of the community, the direction it should move toward, guild participation, individual participation and communication.

The proposed date and time:  March 29, starting sometime between 3 and 5 pm, eastern daylight time.**

This thread is for discussion of when the meeting will be held.  We prefer to include all guilds interested in the community.  The representative for the non-guilded is Griven.  

**This date will be tricky for our European components because that is when some of Europe goes onto daylight savings.

When people post comments on this, can people mention which guild they will be representing?  (If 8 people from one guild comment on something being a good time, we have to take that into consideration.)

In some cases it's quite obvious which guild, but in others (where the player is in 2 guilds), it might not be so obvious.

I think he was asking about bringing an unguilded alt to me and Dew's unguilded meeting where we will be beating Fed.

Are you representing more than one guild, or are you bringing someone with you?  Since your guild co-leader is representing NoctU, I don't understand why you are being coy.

Gee, KS, thanks a lot.  Neutral   I didn't realize I was so forgettable.

Didn't realize you were the co-leader, Rinna; thought Zyre was.  

I also thought the wording was "guild leader or representative."  Are the two of you now pushing for two people from each guild?  We can do that.

Thanks to those who PMed me.

KRETL is, and has nearly always been, lead by Zyre, Rinna and myself.  The plan is, to have all 3 of us show up, but only 1 speak/vote/whatever on behalf of the guild, throughout the meeting.  (We'll group, and the other two will be quiet, in spatial, for KRETL).

Is KRETL the only guild with committee leadership?  I know there were others, in the past.

Zyre's gonna be there for NOCTU, anyways...and unless I'm mistaken, Rinna will likely be there as well - so, again, any opposition is simply more ridiculous anti-progress.  smile

Unfortunately I have to leave the house around 4PM EST for a Wedding Rehearsal/Dinner, but will do my best to have a representative available to attend.

I was hoping to make it to the meeting but my husband gave me his flu and Im about dead.  Ill be there if I can.

The location for the meeting is the Hellfire Club.  It is east of Nocturnus at  -4459, -501
