First ImpressionsGraphics are by far the best I've seen out of all the new MMO's on the market - very nice eye candy.
The blood hasn't detracted from the gaming experience but perhaps that is because I've been mainly playing a caster - no combos that I've seen. The quests system is decent and the random RP has been pretty good as well. Spell animations are pretty sweet and the main storyline has been good so far.
The music and cursing really makes the Conan feel just right, but I'm disappointed there aren't more available options in the wenching department and on the flipside female characters should be able to use their wiles in attempts to get what they want, but that isn't really there either. So while it seems the feel is right, they went as far as they were prepared to go without ruining the rating I guess.
Of all the MMO's available, surprisingly this one has been the best thus far. Enjoying myself eventhough it seems unlikely I'll run into anyone from here.
