okay so now im posting this on events. why? because there are alot of stupid events... honestly.

here are my rules on picking an event:

rule 1: never attend a sexiest (blank) in (blank) contest... these are rigged by judges and by friends. i guarantee if you dont win its because so and so in the pog thong covering her nipples and coochie promised to fellatio the judge (nine out of ten times im not wrong. i swear to the force on this)

rule 2: if it has the words LESSON, CLASS, or INSTRUCTION in the title its probably a great event to attend for newer players. these events can teach you some great tricks for enjoying your secondlife. including how to reduce lag... how to build... how to script, etc

(IMPORTANT READ: if an event has SEX before lesson class instruction. or kaijira... slave... slut... you get the idea, avoid it like its Dew in a thong... youll thank me for it honest)

rule 3: Tringo, Slingo, Pizza Pizza, Greedy Greedy etc. are fun ways to both possibly earn some linden dollars (i shit you not my lifetime high score was 310 and i won 10k on that pot in tringo) but also to mingle and meet new people

rule 4: dont go to meet and greets at the following places... BadGirls, The Edge and the likes. they try to get you to take one of their "exotic escorts" home every time... that and the lag will kill you

rule 5: nintey nine percent of the "escorts" (read: prostitutes) in secondlife are actually guys that just want to get paid to pull themselves irl... not cool

rule 6: yard sales! yes i know it sounds like a funny idea. but yardsales in secondlife do allow you the opportunity to get great deals on namebrand stuff. but be warned of the following:
- if a yard sale claims to be a "REAL YARDSALE!!!!!!" its not. its some twink thinking he can get sales for his garbage items. (usually freebies) to pay for his next male pretending to be female prostitute fellatio
- if a yard sale is posted more than once a day (3 or more times) its a scam... see above
- if a yard sale is posted. and has ten lines of print after it telling you about "x club"s amazing hookers. blackjack.poker. and dancing... its a fake.

if a yardsale does not have the preceeding warning flags on it. fire away. if you find a good jacuuzi lemme know. big grin

and finally...

rule 7: going to a sim that has the name. port (blank) wilderness of (blank) city of (blank) etc... its usually a good idea to avoid events in it. always check this. certain areas in SecondLife are owned by goreans. and despite both players and LindenLabs attempts. we have not been able to remove this problem. these individuals beleive they come from an alternate world where women are slaves (all women) and men are masters (all men) there is no happy medium. there is no "love" in their world. its a despicable roleplay where if a woman so much as sneezes when she's not allowed. men can cut her head off and put it on display for others to see (and yes they have done this just to be monsters) the world of GOR is not a place i would wish on my worst enemy... and i certainly dont want any of my GC friends getting into that stuff. its hypnotizing brainwashing crap... like everquest laughing

thats it. thats all. follow these suggestions and you should be enjoying yourself in secondlife in no time flat

one last suggestion though. and i know it interferes with club midnight at times. but i do suggest at least listening in sometimes.. tune into DJmiggy's intrigue. a great dj playing a HUGE library of music. if your lucky he just might play one of my trance songs

Glad to see the warning about the Goreans. I know a few people who have come out of that looking traumatized after only a short stay.

well i consider them a real threat to women IRL (many goreans have taken gor into the real world. thus negating womens rights) so i fight back against them

Now, I'm all for the "whatever you like to do, do it until it's not fun anymore"
line of thought, but these people are just .... well .... f***ed up big time.

Oh, one last thing. It's a game, no matter what anybody says or does, you are NOT their slave just because they say so and never, never take anything from a Gorean. If you do, they think they own you.
