Blackjack Tournament - 2/23/08 6pm PSTEvent: The Second "Whenever I Friggin Feel Like It" Blackjack Tournament
Date: February 23rd, 2008
Time: 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Location: One Eyed Squill Cantina, Black Sands, Tatooine
Entry Fee: Five million Galactic credits
Grand Prize: Winner takes the entire pot.
Rules:
1.) Entry fees are paid to me upon arrival to the game.
2.)All players who do not show up for the game on time will forfeit their seat.
3.) Each round will consist of a number of hands equaling one more than the number of players (ie, six players and seven hands).
4.) The player to have won the fewest number of hands at the end of each round is expelled. Should two or more players tie for the least number of wins, they will enter into sudden death round(s). The loser(s) will be expelled.
5.) The value of the first card players are dealt will be sent in the form of a tell to those players. The second card will be announced in spatial chat for all to hear.
6.) All "busts" are to be announced in spatial as soon as they happen.
7.) Short breaks will be offered after each round for people to get food, go to the bathroom, etc. If no one needs to go, the game will move on.
8.) You are not to attempt playing in the tournament unless you are sure you can devote up to three hours to this game. Having to type out the values of all the cards and double check sums makes this game take longer than a real one.
9.) This is an RP event. Come in character.
Note: Cards are actually dealt on my table, as SWG does not provide a card system.
