Beta preview

I was checking over at the site for the forthcoming game Pirates of the Burning Sea. I saw a link to a news story on their site. For those of you tracking this game, check out Coldfront's Beta Preview:

It is stil in closed beta. The guestimate is that there are about 300 people currently in the beta.

We have anyone from our forums here in the closed Beta? I doubt their allowed to talk about it.... but it'd be nice to know we've got a personal thumbs up from someone in here. smile

They don't add 50 per week. They add people...maybe 10 at a time...*maybe* once a month or so.

Things change at times. They haven't added anyone in for a couple of weeks. I believe they're going to launch a new batch soon, however.

I cannot confirm nor deny that I have a beta key. smile

I've been in a guild for a year and a half already. I'm not *in* beta per se...because they haven't added anyone into it for a few weeks now.

PM me your Potbs forum name and I'll see what I can do. I'm hoping to drag some more folks in with me when it comes to testing the crafting & economy.

It's a very nice UI. The SWG Dev team could learn something from it.
