(this story is something i wrote for my d20 group to explain the IC situation. without permission though i used some GC characters without realizing i did so. thus as retribution i give you the story unedited. in all of its glory)
The steel cries of vibro-swords and vibro-blades clashing and screaming at their impossibly high frequency screamed through the halls of the hidden temple. a woman stands before her apprentices passing on all of the knowledge she knows even her battles and scars teach lessons to the young ones.
thoughts flowed in her mind heroes and villains she'd both done battle against and for. the screams of battle. the cries of warriors as they brought the weapon that he or she wielded to bear on their targets.
sitting cross legged the blind woman addressed her apprentices. and told them it was time for a story. the children barely 9 each loved to hear the stories of Lady Musashi - Jedi Mistress
taking a deep breath and letting the thoughts clear in her mind Sharn smiled and began her tales of foes and friends so divine that the force itself must have brought them all together just for brief instances to do battle against each other.. or in rare cases alongside.
she spoke fondly of her lover Iari, the insatiable thirst for knowledge of Iafeu, the destruction of the dantooine temple in which Master Hashum had been captured, battles alongside the galaxy wide famous Kreetles, and amusing tales of power being used to rescue more than one bearded jax from trees for small children, the betrayal of the mandalorian that was given refuge by the kika'vati. the children especially loved the tales of their Lady doing battle with clones of evil warlords like Grievous. and fighting the Dark Jedi Shensen. they gasped every time the mentor told them of her crushing defeat at the hands of the rising darkness. and cheered when she'd tell them of her decision to teach children the ways of the force.
These children had mothers and fathers.. they loved them very much and spent any time they where not training with their families. often inviting the Jedi Mentor home for supper. always being kindly refused.
for all she knew... she was the last Jedi... she'd give these two children everything she had... then the fate of the galaxy would be out of her hands finally... she'd have peace _________________
