((FYI: I don't care if anyone doesn't like this plot. I know its not for everyone and it may seem cliche' to some. Its limited to myself, Ferian, and anyone else who volunteers to be involved so do NOT be whining to me about it. You don't have to take part in it. Just try to enjoy the story and constructive feedback is welcome.))

The shield generator crumbled into a mass of metal like an empty can as Iafeu closed her fist. The repulsor shield immediately dropped and the door slammed open.

Ferian sat quietly in his chair as his hissed through his teeth. The brown hood of his cloak masked his face from the woman as she casually strolled in. One of the ancient books in the library lifted from its place and glided into her hands as she turned to face the shelf.

"What are you doing here demon." he snapped at her.

A soft smile crossed her face. "Demon. I like that. I think that will be my name."

"Thats what you are. A demon. The woman I loved is no longer in that body." he hissed back at her.

"She cried when I took her. She screamed your name at the top of her lungs as if you could actually save her." Demon replied as she slowly turned the pages of the book with her index finger.

"That wont work. I wont let you manipulate me." he replied coldly.

"Awe poor baby miss his woman? The sad part is she wanted to marry you. To give you a child." Demon said casually as she closed the book and returned it to its place before choosing another.

"Now she is enjoying an existence of eternal agony lost in the void on that dead world she manifested for herself." She continued in Iafeu's voice.

"Then killing you will also serve to save her of such a fate." Ferian said more to himself than Demon as he began to move his hand for his saber hilt.

"Oh no I am afraid that wont work. Her consciousness is locked in a little place within the flow of the force itself. Its really her own fault. She created it out of her own meditation practices and now she gets to enjoy its true nature. Killing this body will only permanently damn her to it." She replied as if with no concern to his movements.

Ferian relaxed his hand, allowing it to slip away from his saber hilt.

"This is my fault. I gave her too much freedom. But I couldn't restrain her....I..." his words where cut off as Demon spoke.

"Yes it is your fault. She left because you could not fill that void in her spirit. That void I resided in. Your entire academy is at fault. They made no attempt to understand her wounds. They just let it be. Accepted the change at face value. I was locked away in that void. There I grew. Became more than the sum of my parts. Now I am out here and she is in there."

The words sank deep within Ferian's mind as the reality of things came into focus. The lost parts of her past. The amnesia. The lost personality traits. They where not gone. Merely disconnected. Left to their own devices within a locked away portion of her mind. Her very essence forced through that void and into the force itself.

"You can try to get her back. The answers are somewhere in this library of yours. Scattered about in bits and pieces. Your a smart man. Maybe you can put it all together. Until then, I am going to enjoy this body. Take advantage of every pleasure and experience it has to offer." she said sweetly before returning the final book to its place.

Suddenly she put her hands up over her head and twirled around like a dancer, the edges of her skirt slightly bowing out from the motion before stopping to face him. She smiled at Ferian as her head tilted slightly.

"Whelp! Time for me to go." she said in an almost upbeat child-like tone. "Oh do me a favor. Please clear me on your security systems. I would hate to have to force my way in here again. It could get expensive for you."

"She knew how to get in here. Knew the delicate touch tempered with compassion that revealed this place. Something you could never grasp. Next time it will only be more difficult for you." Replied Ferian.

Demon shrugged her shoulders slightly before walking out. She pulled the black cloak into her hand and swung it over her shoulders. With a flick of her wrist, the hood masked her face.

"OH! She wanted you to know something. She loves you!" she yelled back down the stair well as she walked out.

"I will kill you and have her again!" he yelled back. She only smiled softly to herself. Such delicious torment. It was truly intoxicating.

Demon lifted her hand slowly as Ferian raised into the air. Stones and dust lifted from the ground slightly as the entity exerted itself on the jedi. A sneer crossed her lips before she tossed him roughly to the side. His body slammed into the rock of a small hill sending a raging pain through his body.

He slowly raised his eyes to watch her walk towards him. The dust and lose gravel parted before her leaving the bare ground beneath as she took each step. He knew she had this kind of potential but the rate at which she was mastering these abilities was horrific. He had hoped he would have collected the items nessecary to level the force playing field so to speak. However she had advanced much faster than he had expected. Her command of unholy talents was much more than he could totally understand. There had to be some kind of flaw behind such reckless advancement. Something that would come back to bite her. He would discover it soon enough.

"Your just like the old Iafeu. Arrogant and ignorant." he snapped at her through his pain. Putting a brave front despite the displays of raw unrestrained power she had shown him in this day.

"She was weak. I am obviously not. I have the courage to take the steps nessecary." Demon responded as she stared down at Ferian. Slowly she lifted her left hand and flattened her palm at him.

"I could easily merge your molecules with that of the stone. It is an effortless task for me." she spoke coldly at him as her eyes locked on his.

"You could but you wont. You take too much pleasure in watching us suffer." he replied. The meaning was clear. He understood she loved how both Iafeu and Ferian lived in a linked torture. Watching them both squirm in their respective hells was a delight to her.

"When your right, your right." she replied as she lowered her hand. The stones that floated around her falling as she relaxed her grip.

"Your a fool to think you can stand against me. My power is as limitless as the force itself. The full expanse yields to my will." her arms raised slowly as it presenting herself. "I could easily tear this planet apart one piece at a time if I so wished it."

Ferian wasn't exactly sure how true that statement was but her recent displays certainly didn't rule that particular ability out. He still held on to a healthy amount of skepticism.

"You saw what I did to those beast before. In the wave of my hand, i tore apart their very molecular bonds and restructured them back into their base elements. Do you honestly think The emperor or his lackey Vader could stop such power? I could claim this Empire as mine if I so wished it." she continued talking more to herself than Ferian.

"That may be so but there is no prophecy's of a Empress anytime soon so I doubt you will be one." replied Ferian as he forced himself up.

"Fool. I am immortal. This body will be mine to command for all eternity. I can claim this entire universe mine at any time I so wish." she replied though clearly not too interested in the prospect.

"If you say so Miss Goddess Princess Emperor Demon." he replied.

"Demon will suffice." she replied, obviously undisturbed by his sarcasm.

"Well it is what you are. The name fits you."

She stepped back slowly, her feet dragging through the remains of the beasts she had destroyed as if some kind of statement to her power. Ferian ignored it. He wasn't going to give her the satisfaction.

"Well I must be going. I have grown bored with you. Time to find someone else to entertain me. Once I am bored again, I will seek you out." she said playfully.

With that she snapped around and disappeared into the distance.

Ferian narrowed his eyes a moment before taking out the DNA sample he had collected.

"Glad to be of service," he mumbled to himself as he considered his next move.

Ferian took the small stone from the alter on which it lay; it was being used as an icon of worship to the local population of Dantari on Dantooine. The body of the dead Warlord sat slumped behind the alter where the bone crunching force wave killed him and his bodyguard before they even knew he was there.

Ferian looked into the stone and it burned in his gloved hand, the ruby brilliance of the light as it reflected from the surface of the stone blinded him momentarily before he moved the stone into the shadows. He rolled up his sleeve and pushed the stone onto his bare flesh, the smell of burning skin and boiling blood filled the air for an instant, and was quickly dissipated by the wind that ran through the ruined hut. The area on which he put the stone was clean, no burn marks, no ruined flesh; but the burning continued as the stone transcended it’s physical shell and drove into his soul.

Long ago, after the Hive Tower battle in which his clan was slaughtered, there power had flooded his body, burning into his soul in a similar fashion. The act of having the accumulated power of thousands of force users temporarily drove him insane, and lead to the near slaughter of the invasion force, the 39th force commandos. As an act of defense for his sanity, Ferian severed bits of his power and soul imprinted them on several flawless rubies and spread them around the galaxy on his trips.

The act of severing was an ordeal of pain, but undergoing it fifteen times would normally kill someone if they where not careful and spread the events out over the course of years. The act of piecing together these severed parts was only slightly less painful.

“Two weeks” he thought, “two weeks is all I have, I can feel my mental barriers flay at the ends under this power”.

The irony was not lost on him that he would have to awaken a demon to send one back to where it came, but time was too limited for him to dwell this fact.

Suddenly his sword flew from its scabbard at his side and turned the blow of a spear that can from the door behind him, the spear’s new course ended in the midsection of the now dead Warlord. Ferian turned his head lazily to the direction from which the spear came and saw several Dantari warriors outside. Without thinking he traced the deeds they had done in the past; every one was filled with slaughter.

More spears willed the air, and some drew primitive stone blades, looted metal bars and stolen combat knives, the spears stopped in mid air with a gesture and fell to the floor and the rest of the warriors stopped in mid motion with a slight tilt of Ferian’s head.

With a breath, a field of light surrounded the group of warriors; they looked on in horror as a dark cloud appeared in the bubble and descended upon them. The sounds of there scream permeated the bubble of light as a virus started to quickly kill and send them in a state of decay, within seconds the inner few warriors fell to the ground and quickly decayed into pools of stinking matter (not that Ferian could smell it) and the virus moved on to other hosts. Quickly there was nothing else in the bubble to kill, the virus turned on each other and soon there was nothing left but a methane rich air of the light bubble. With a flick of his wrist a small fire was introduced, and the air inside the bubble burned with an intense heat somewhere around a thousand degrees Celsius, before quickly fading into nothing as the area was cleansed with fire.

Ferian fell to his knees, gripping his head. The power unleashed accelerating the decay of his mental defenses.

“one week, maybe a few days more...but this is all I need, no use in finding the other five, my health would decay too rapidly” he thought, as the pain faded.

He blinked away tears as he got up and went to where he hid his speeder bike, and mounted up. The view of the ruined camp of the war band was left behind as he sped off to the nearest spaceport, and to his next destination.
