Right, someone may have a better read on this situation then I do, if so please post.

But this is a pretty complex encoding, or scrambling. How did you decode what you have? are you just taking what is there and adding the best guess?

I ran a few code breakers on it, tried the number of symbols to decifer the word, all kinds of things, then sent Jabe a PM, and asked if the rest of it could be broken as well.
Above was just my thoughts and best guess. But there has been talk of not sharing info, so I wanted to give everyone my thoughts and hoped others would fill in theirs.

This is how I decoded this:
Not much reason left for Discretion. (We will) reveal the full scale of corruption, the last of them won't be enough to stop us.
(The fact that they have stopped/paused the making of any more replicants, could mean they have the numbers they need, and are ready to make their move)

That could be true, but last night I was checking cloners all over the place and found nothing anywhere. Serek came to the conclusion that the replicants are most likely paused in the creation of more replicants (As per Jabe).
They might only be paused while they are creating more wafers. Remember, when the Replicants finally do attack, they will want every cloner possible contaminated. That way anyone they kill will join their ranks as a replicant. Also it will mean if one of their own is killed, they will return as a replicant. As long as they have enough wafers, they will never really lose any of their soldiers once the battle starts.
Thats just my guess, from a strategic point of view |

Security regarding the wafers has heightened. Checking Nym's is not safe, nor advised. It appears to be the hotzone.
We fear that Inquisitor Nurmeans has been compromised, and anyone under his chain of command need not be considered replicants, they will just follow chain of command. However, this theory bars possibility of conscious cooperation on the part of the Empire.
