Adjustment:

Time of contact from presumed death have exceeded maximum hold time on this file.
Subject is technically deceased.
All resources allocated to dispatching Whar Sloth are hereby unnecessary. All manpower assigned to the task shall be immediately debriefed.
All remaining inventory from project DR886 is to be disposed of.
All other physical evidence archives related to this file are to be disposed of.
The deceased pilots of wing EN554 are to be posthumously credited with killing Whar, and awarded due citations.

Lack of physical evidence of the subject's demise prevents deletion of case file. Passive networks will retain necessary data to identify subject in case this adjustment has been made in error.

Personal notes:
I have been working this file for a long time now, and I am truly glad to have reached this point.
Whar Sloth is a scourge none of us shall soon forget. Technicians and field operatives have all voiced their hatred for him, not to mention the toll he has personally taken on the Empire's forces in the outer rim.
It seems this phantom has disappeared once and for all, A good thing too.
If the rebellion had employed more officers with his savagery both in leadership and personal combat, they would be nothing but a horde of barbaric fools. Yet, somehow this one managed to slip through the cracks again and again. Not this time though. Good riddance!

Physical evidence of subject's death has been acquired. It has been verified and registered by Imperial Intelligence.
Under authorization of Lt. Commander Ulgien all passive networks will have their files on Whar Sloth deleted. His name will be removed from our intelligence filters.

Adjustment:

Subject has been killed in action. His service to Imperial Intelligence was interrupted and operation Yavin4hz91 has failed.
All connections to subject have been contained, and resolved. All association between Imperial interests and Dar Lido Harido are to be denied.

Cause of death:
Self inflicted blaster wound to the head.
