Alias: Whar, Mr. Sloth
Race: Rodian
Age: approx. 25
height: short
weight: light
Eyes: Blue
Skin: Dark Blue
Place of Birth: Tatooine system on board the "Zalaski-Ooto"
Location: unknown

Current Profession: Rogue Commando/Covert Operative.
Skills: adaptable, pistol marksman, noted swordsman, former craftsman.
Affiliation: The Rebel Alliance
Known Family: Rillex, adopted by Whar's mother. Possibly an unidentified cousin.
Known Associates: Glacial, Rebecca Taash, Dwilah, Rye, Isleh-lin, Ekade, Xyryn, Zannon, Rinna, Batak, Iago, many others.

Background:
Born on a freighter to a single mother Whar was raised and taught on board, and learned many languages from crew members. His mother adopted a Zebrak named Rillex when his single father was killed during a hull repair accident. Whar's mother died on the ship of a mysterious disease when he was around 15. The ship was impounded when their host company went bankrupt later that year. Whar set out on his own and lived in a remote area on Tatooine.

It was recorded by Imperials that Whar was involved in a mining accident, but it was later revealed that they had been running a Temple there. The Temple came under Imperial attack and was destroyed. Whar was the only known survivor of the attack, and his wife was among those killed. Later, Whar was captured, interrogated, and escaped after over a year of torture. He made his escape while being transferred to a mental facility. After this Whar had joined a community in Deuterium Industries on Talus and worked to keep his mind at ease. His brother lived there temporarily, but left and was unheard of for several months.

Whar has been trying to find Darius Mott, the officer in charge of the attack, and also a bounty hunter who placed a bomb, which killed the others in the Temple. He has very few leads on them but hopes for revenge some day.

After some rough events with Ekade and the followers of the Goddess, Whar struck up a truce with them. One of his personal goals is to be reconciled for the damage he caused.

He found a connection to Isleh-lin Mott, whose father is responsible for the death of his wife. It was with Isleh that Whar found himself at peace for the first time since the incident. Although he felt attached to her it was only out of sorrow for their condition. Whar has not loved since the death of his wife.

On the matter of personal romance, Whar has given up. He would rather spend time tracking leads and making contacts than searching out a soul mate. The more time he spends socializing the more he re-learns about communicating with others. His wild, rambling, riddles are a product of extended torture and solitary captivity.

Whar again found himself in trouble when slavers attempted to capture several dancers. When He discovered that Isleh, Weyune, and Ekade were among the hunted it became a personal matter.
He brushed with the bounty hunter known as Pale Tuk several times, and eventually killed him. Using the assumed identity of the hunter, he gained access to the slaver stronghold and opened the doors for the liberating party. Some rumors have started on the pretense that he was Pale all along. Yet, Pale Tuk’s history extends almost a century before Whar’s birth.

He has held on to, and experimented with Pale Tuk's armor resulting in some notable benefits. Whar was able to make a few duplicates of the unlocked technology, but keeps it strictly hidden and protected.

An unknown Imperial intelligence official took note of Whar after he assumed command of a strike group in the outer rim. His elevated stature justified the use of special resources by the empire, and a plan was hatched to capture or assassinate him. A clone of his wife was engineered for the task, but Whar didn't take the bait.

Unfortunatly the clone was defective, and developed an independent personality. She had made plans to run away from the empire, and Whar. Poor timing resulted in a confrontation with Whar and she was nearly killed.

After being maimed by a flamethrower the Clone was treated and helped to escape.

Xyryn, then the spiritual leader of the Temple of the Goddess, had aided the clone and sent her away to her family. Whar discovered a connection with Xyryn and the clone, which resulted in some bad blood. Eventually Whar's anger toward Xyryn subsided, and he forgave her.

An encounter with Nyvveck Nurmeans during the clone incident, partly confusion on Whar's part about Replicants and his would-be assassin, left both Nyvveck and Whar battered. Whar had taken Nyvveck prisoner after a search of his hideout in the Nocturnus Hotel (then the "After Midnight Hotel"). Nyvveck retaliated against Whar after his escape, but neither were killed.

Whar was often seen in the company of a Twi-lek named Batak Sai'nu. Their relationship is probably one of the most complicated and confusing friendships in the galaxy. They have both shot each other, or at each other, on numerous occasions. But, as of their last contact they remain loyal comrades.

Whar was displaced after Nyvveck found his lair. He spent a small period of time near Nocturnus trying to revive a pirate clan in Kelbigard. His plans failed, and the group disbanded. Shortly after that Whar left Nocturnus, and has not been seen there by anyone. It is believed by some that he will return in his awkward drifter fashion. But still others believe his luck has run out, and that the Empire finally snuffed him out.

According to the Empire, debris of his personal fighter was found along with tie fighter debris. There is has been no determination that he is dead though.

Every once in a while around Nocturnus his likeness is seen, wearing his unmistakable armor and head wrap, but is never identified as anything more than a ghost, or mirage. All signs of Whar have disappeared in the drifting sands of this outer rim planet.
