Story Arc Follow Up Meeting: Date/Time

Folks,

There was some discussion on when we wanted to have a follow up meeting on story arc. I assigned myself the action item to figure out when to hold this meeting and to schedule it. So that's where this thread comes in. smile

The initial push was hold it in the same time slot next week. So Wednesday night at 10 PM EST was proposed.

However, I know that a few of the people who are involved in the arc either couldn't make it at this time this week or had to leave early.

So my question to the guild leaders (and other concerned players in the arc) is for you when would be best to hold this meeting?

This thread is not for discussing topics of the meeting, just trying to get an idea when people can and want to meet again.

Thanks for everyone's patience and understanding as we get this rolling. Remember the purpose in all this is to minimize the work in the arc and maximize the fun.

Figured I would throw out a time here...

What if we did Wednesday (11/22/06) at 9 PM EST?

I know the Schola normally starts at 10 PM, but if we started the meeting an hour earlier perhaps some of the East Coast people could stay longer?

A drawback to Wednesday is that this is the night before Thanksgiving and people may have other things going on and so they might not be able to attend.

We need a time when we can get the guild leaders (or their chosen reps) on at the same time. That is the priority. This way we have every group in the community represented in some manner. Yes, there are independents (non-guilded) and they are encouraged to attend as well, but guild leaders are the priority.

I don't know if there is enough heads up to call a meeting this weekend.

That being said, we need more feedback, especially from the other guild leaders here. We can't make a decision without all the information basically.

Still looking from feedback from some of the other guild leaders.

Right now, it likes we have a few suggestions. Meet after the Ryloth tonight (Tues), meet Wednesday in place of Schola (perhaps earlier), or wait until next week?

Since Cym had a number of questions it would be good to have him there and he can't make it Wednesday.

Any other input?

Friday night?

Thats our boot camp night in place of Thursday, but I have it scheduled at 7est instead of the normal 9est. We have Noct patrols on Wednesday and Saturday at 9pm EST, so I have to rule those times out for me or any MERCS being there.

I'll try to be on later tonight after the performance.

I'll be packing and getting ready for trip so I can't promise.

Otherwise I would not make it till next week as I'll be out of town with no internet link.

Cylestya is out of town till next week as well. Not sure if another NRC officer can go in our place or not if you have it later this week?
