Interesting on the homepage they have a poll asking what race you would want to play...
Hmm. Possibility of several playable factions? |

*purrs softly, her fingers twitching now and again as she pictures herself and 8 other friends holed up in a bunker with machine guns, smoke grenades and their brains... knowing its only a matter of time...*
Only a matter of time until a game based on strategy and smarts comes out WOOHOO! Not all about the speedy clicker boys and girls *does a happy dance* |

| I am just glad they seem to be putting together a community already and asking for their input. Game development has come a long way with the spread of the internet. Hopefully they listen to the people who have shown interest in the game. If they do half of what is being discussed it will be better than any experience I had with SWG. |

We will have spaceships. My belief is that you can't have a science-fiction game without whooshing spaceships. And explosions.
Best fricken quote ive read so far

Well, if they really are going by the movie/series on how to use equipment in game...
Oooo, bad guys on this side, better send the nuke through the Star Gate.
That would be friggin awesome! I'm sure there would be some downers to doing that though. _________________

One less planet to explore. But they really only sent a nuke through the Stargate in the movie, and once to close a wormhole that was connected to a planet being swallowed by a black hole. The only use of a Nuke for tactical reasons during the show was in the alternate universe when they wasted Chulak.
EDIT: Guess I should qualify that by saying there is extensive use of nukes, just not ones they send through the stargate. I haven't seen a lot of Atlantis but I know they are nuke happy. And they have also used nukes against the Gould and Ori. |

I so hope we get the variety of bad guys in the game as in the show. I got some wraith hate going on - and the Ori look like an awesome challenge too.
And um Cryil.. save me a spot in your spaceship - im the "intelligent" type not the military type so my flying skills suxxor teehee... course playing a Vala type character could be fun too *winks* as usual ill be my trouble making self with little fighting skills to back up my flappin lips I suspect - so who wants to be in my SG team? *winks and grins* |
