I am planning on organizing this facet of Star Trek mythology into some good RP. It should prove to be engaging since the Federation will be the only playable faction at launch. If you haven't heard of Section 31, read here:
Clickishness
If you are interested in corrupting your toon, post in this thread. I am trying to get an idea of how great an interest there will be. Of course the idea is to control how many are actually active Section 31 at one time so that there is some fun in being a part of it.

The above book was pretty decent and focuses on Section 31 as well as the ever l33t Julian Bashir. Reading Stone & Anvil right now from the New Frontier series, I really wish someone could have talked them into using Peter David's crew as a potential focus of a series or movie.

I figured I would have included Section 31 in my RP, as it is. I loved the DS9 eps they were involved in, and the few TNG ones I caught. There's even a similar group within the New Republic in the Star Wars EU...but it's really just a weak rip-off.
I guess we can try to get along in STO, if y'want a pilot-asset. *grin*

The whole Section 31 series was pretty darn excellent. I've only read 2 Star Trek series: The Captain's Table and the Section 31 stuff.

I mainly posted because I think it would be nice to have an organized section 31 pulling the strings. In any case its likely we'll meet other roleplayers that claim to be section 31 members who we are not attached to us and that works fine as well.
I'd like as many of us as possible to work on it together and would gladly take in a good pilot. As far as not getting along, I've only got myself to blame for that. I am making an effort to turn a new leaf.
