Witness One - Zyre Mercutio - Seems to have some conflict
From Prosecution:

He stated he was at the right front corner of the Angel as you exit outside and saw Killies walk out. He was checking his data pad for messages. Incident occurred 20 feet from the side of the Angel wall in the Alley to the Left of the Cantina as you face it. He also stated that the attack took less than 20 seconds or so was very short and violent
Mr. Mercutio was then asked to describe the assailant. Woman Twi’lek normal dark lekku wraps, she was dark bluish in color almost turquoise. Wearing dark clothing…short dark jacket, something over her mouth covering her mouth and nose and dark blue or black clothing. Pants were very tight he stated.
Mr. Mercutio was then asked if he had seen the weapons that were used to attack Killies. He stated he saw two blades one like a dagger other was curved. He also stated he saw something fall from the assailant in the struggle.
Mr. Mercutio then tells me he saw nothing else and ran to the corner where he called the locate authorities. Due to the information that he stated I asked around what time frame this had occurred to collaborate some other witness testimony. Mr. Mercutio stated it had occurred around 11:36pm.
Mr. Mercutio was asked if he has seen anyone at all that night in the Cantina other than Killies and himself. He did inform me that he notices the entertainer Ms. Xen’ya there but no one else. He stated it was a rather quiet night. |
From Defense:
| Quote: | | I have interviewed Zyre Mercutio who first reported the incident after discovering the victim. Mr. Mercutio states that he found Killies unconscious on the porch of the Desert Angel then re-entered the Desert Angel and contacted authorities. He did not witness any criminal acts. He did not see Killies' assailant. He saw no one suspicious in the area. Considering that Mr. Mercutio can only attest to the physical condition of the victim and is not a physician and to the approximate time and location of the attack (which can be more accurately substantiated elsewhere), I see no reason to subpoena him for testimony during the trial. |

Witness Two - Xen’ya - Little Info
From Prosecution:

Mr. Xen’ya was asked when she had noticed Giza enter the Cantina she stated around 11:20-11:30. (Due to evidence gathered the story did not match up with the other witnesses nor the person that was attacked about the time frame. They both state that no one was in the cantina but Zyre, Killies and Xen’ya) ( I wish to have this witness to be non credible) |

Witness Three - Andro Sinn - Pretty Straight Forward with video as evidence
Except: How does this figure into this trial? Danger from? Document? Inquisitor?

Victim - Killies - Pretty Straight Forward
From Prosecution:

Mr. Killies was jut asked to please tell me what had happened as not to place stress on him. He stated that he was in the Angel listening to some music when he just needed to step outside and get some air. He then hears something in the alley and goes over to investigate. He stated he was only there for a few moments when a dark figure leaps out of the shadows at him and stabs him with two blades. He then tells me that he heard the voice of the assailant she made yah! Sound. (Like the kind of noise you would hear in kung fu movies.) Mr. Killies stated that if he heard the voice again he would be able to identify it. He then tells me that the weapons that were used where both pulled out instantly and an instrument (looks to be some kind of spray can) falls to the ground. He then tells me he blacked out and could not remember anything else about the attack.
I did ask him if he would not mind me asking if there was anyone in the cantina that night other than himself. He stated he only saw two other people. There were two musicians there. Other than that he did not recall seeing anyone else prior to the attack.
Before I started to leave he called me back and told me he could describe something else about the attacker I told him only if he felt he was not week enough to do so. He stated he was able to tell that the figure was a normal height was not too short or too tall. He also stated he could tell that it was a female by the way she sounded when she attacked him. He repeated again if he could hear the voice he would be able to tell.
She was wearing pants are black and very tight, she is wearing boots. She is wearing a short coat that goes down to her waist. He notices that she is very good with daggers, able to pull them out and start to do damage very quickly.
He also told me that things were stolen from him. A 45K credit chip and a ring that was on his finger before the attack.
I informed him that I would be back to speak to him once he was better.
2- I meet Mr. Killies at my office were I presented a tape of a recorded voice. Which was gathered from the recording of that night the arrest took place. He stated that they sound very similar. But its one of those thing he cant quite put it on a sure note. I thanked him for his statement and we went our separate ways. |

He stated that the assailant spoke to him as he was attacked but the assailant's words were not discernable. He was attacked by the Twi'lek and was severely injured, receiving multiple knife wounds and broken bones resulting from blunt object trauma. He described items which were removed from his person following the assault, a 45k credit chip and a ring. Following the attack, he crawled to the porch of the Desert Angel where he was discovered by Zyre Mercutio. In my second interview with Killies, I provided a recording of Giza's voice which he was unable to identify as being that of his assailant. |
Medical Report:

Notes:
Patient was found in sand outside of the Desert Angel Cantina. Patient was well-dressed however his clothes were shredded. All pockets were emptied and datapad was missing. Subject had to be identified through bio-signature and registered positive for Killies.
Subject had multiple knife wounds, several cuts and abrasions on his upper body and arms. Long cut on left side of neck caused massive blood loss and oral bleeding resulted in flooded right lung. The subject also suffered form a broken right arm, broken midway down the forearm and a damaged ocular cavity. Blood trail indicates that the patient must have crawled several feet before an almost complete pass-out.
Subject was in Shock at my arrival however quick actions and help from several viewers resulted in quick delivery to the clinic where I proceeded to transfuse as much blood of his type as I could.
After several days of observation, it is my conclusion that, the subject is fit to leave the clinic however must be accompanied for at least a week.
Differences in cutting indicated to me that several knives were used in the attack as well as blunt trauma to the chest, head and arms.
Date of procedure: Sunday night, February 10th at 11:36 at night.
Date of release: Tuesday February 20th.

Surveillance Video? Why did they not come forward sooner? Who is it? Are they authorized to have vdeo surveillance?
From Prosecution:

Upon examination (and following enhancement of the images), this evidence shows activity by a dark blue Twi'lek wearing dark clothing and a veil or mask. The devices used to record this video were disabled before the crimes in question were committed. The facial covering inhibits identification of the individual seen in the images. The timestamp on the images corroborates the timestamp on images provided by Andro Sinn. Because Officer Sinn's testimony is irrefutable and considering that these images do not directly evidence the crimes in question, I see no reason to subpoena this citizen or submit these images into evidence.**

Paint Can Evidence???
From Prosecution:
